Does anybody know of somehwere they would consider experts on the E30 in W Yorks?

I'm in two minds about where to take the car for any bits that need doing on it. I could just use the dealer, but have a feeling the 18 year old tyre monkeys simply wont have any epxeriance at all with these cars.

Does anybody know the powder coat name (or code) for something VERY similar to the Polaris Silver?

Presuambly Polaris is a BMW paint code rather than standard type thing.

Its good to know you can still get them, but I can't even begin to work out how they can justify that price.

Is there some sort of colour people get them coated?

I presume the original finish is a lot darker than modern shiny alloys?

Getting the actual alloy refurbed is no problem at all, but how do people get the centre caps refurbed so they match?

Its my understanding all these refurb companys use powder coating, and this only works on metal?

Thats an issue for ECP though. The bit I needed to know has been answered and thats brilliant as I'd have ended up with the worng parts!
