hi, was looking around in the engine bay this moring and noticed a couple of loose leads both coming from the top of the engine block, one runs towards the start of the air filter and has a connector on the end and the other is about 6ins long and has a screw in the end of it! i'm having the same problem as you if i fill up over half way, itleaks from the tank onto the floor and i also noticed there is sometimes a little fuel coming from the fuel line into the engine witch is the smell what you can smell inside your car, i would love to no the answer to this then i could ...

dont think the nut is alley, it is a round bolt with lots of teeth on the inside of it will try and get a picture up later to show you

if it is the head witch has gone then you will most likley need to get it skimmed

hi everyone when i got my 318i it had the 15" bbs wheels on it, but the problem i got now is i have no key to remove these wheels if i ever have to, anyone got any idear's on what i could do?
