Well, some decent work has at last started on the 325! Firstly, I had to change all the brakes, including discs, pds, handbrake cable and fluid as the old ones were fooked. Sam as for the sticker, what I meant was most drivers of E36's under the age of 24 look down their nose at E30's (generally giving me and the 2.7 a dirty look), when as we all know the E30 is the superior. It's not that I don't like E36's (any car that's been well cared for is a nice car in my book...

A guy I know gets the belt covers off and runs a stanley knife along the belt cutting it in half so the belt is only half as thick as it was. Exactly how bad should the brakes be?
I know the E30 brakes have to be one of the worst out there, but just how bad?
I've put new pads and discs all round on mine and it ffels no different when braking.
The pedal is still extremely spongy, but the car is supposed to have ABS?
I'm confused by all this!
