Does the engine still go into limp moade if the air intake system and ecu from
an e30 m42 is used?

Will that exhaust on the red one fit a 318is? If so hot
much for the back box and pipe to the centre section posted to Edinburgh.

Mate one of three things. Your air and vacume hoses are perished and leaking or your idle control valve needs cleaned/replaced or your airflow mass meter is burst. I would start with the air hoses. Spray some easy start over them and if it finds a leak the engine will run faster. Either replaced hos...

Have u started the engine how does it sound? Check the dipstick for Mayo or metal shavings. And listen out for a loose chain sounds like a loose heat shield. Also have a look at the spark plugs cos they can tell you alot about how the engine is running ie: too rich etc by state if the sparking end. ...

How hard is it to replace? My engine is comming out soon can I fix it that way rather then taking the dash off or am I stuck with a dash removal?

My heaters stopped working. Was only working on 2 and 4 now it's not working at all. Cud this be a fuse or what do I need to fix?

Hi does anyone know about this adapter thing so that an e36 enging wiring loom can fit an e30? Reason is I'm putting a m52 vanos engine into my 318is and someone said about the adapter bit.

I get the same I turn to full lock.

Yeh the light lights up. I've checked the handbook and there is a fuse so I need to look for another reason.

My rear heated window and mirrors don't work. I don't think it's the fuse as I've checked them all and none are blown. But I don't know if maybe it's missing the fuse as my fuse box doesn't have a diagram for what fuse is what. Any ideas what I should look for? Or if it's not a fuse what else could ...

Cos you put a / in your code. / means end so [img]means%20start%20and[/img] means end code if that makes sense. Take out the / at the first one and it should work.

Found it. It's the stupid aux cable to my iPod xos it doesn't whine when the radio is on. Either the cable or the jack port.

I just got rid of my 325i cabby. Found it was really expensive to run and felt really heavy to drive. Like driving a truck. Also the driving position is lower then in a normal e30 so the doors are higher up. And it just didn't feel right. Got another 318is instead and tbh don't think I'll ever go ba...

Na that's the wrong one it's for the front grill not the boot so shud have clips.
