I have lost the rocker shaft retaining plate and I'm struggling to get hold of a replacement.
Would someone be kind enough to share the dimensions of the part please.
Im in the middle of a 2.9L stroker build. Cheers

Re: Intermittently sticking front left caliper...

Re: Intermittently sticking front left caliper...
Guide pins are in good condition and operating smoothly. No ABS. Ok yeah I think its best I try a different caliper first, would be unfortunate if its the new master. I was thinking would it effect both front calipers if it was in fact the master? Thanks Brian

Intermittently sticking front left caliper...
Left front caliper keeps getting stuck on hard but is intermittent. Recently finished rebuilding the car which included new master cylinder and flex lines. I've stripped/cleaned/greased the caliper which hasn't helped, I can push the piston in by hand. Usually by the time ive got home and got the wh...

bodywork studs for arch liners and heatshield
When stripping my car for restoration a few of these studs broke off while removing the plastic nuts. Was just wondering what people have done to replace these?? do bmw sell the studs to weld etc?? or is there somewhere else that do them?

Re: decided to bye a E30 325I sport
If you have to sort out rust in the usual places then your looking at at least the same as the budget you have to buy the car. Arches to replace the outer and repare nastyness insde is £500 as side painted. Probs the same for sills. A wing replaced would be £300 at a guess as bmw wings are £150 i t...

Re: Some pictures after testing my 2.5 conversion
Great stuff. Nice understated with beasty 6 under the bonnet. The steels are much cooler than bling. HOW GOOD is the scenery? Where is Lynmouth? What exhaust are you using? Cheers xavier Lynmouth is on the north Devon coast. The exhaust is a scorpion system would of preferred a genuine bmw system b...

Re: Some pictures after testing my 2.5 conversion

I was expecting it to be really crap on fuel but its better than the m40 1.8 I had in there for sure and that...
