Not sure about the prop or gearbox from the m20b20 - m20b25. Mine was a 316i originally so I had to change the prop and box. But I kept the diff, its stupidly close ratio though. The 325 uses 3.7, 316 uses 4.5. As far as I know all diffs will fit any car, but unsure if the gearbox from the 2.0 will...

what a great idea.......but we dont even have Zone stickers sorted yet so i think the prospect of a promotional video is a bit of a long shot!
