Its certainly a great looking car Jules - are the tinted indicators/side repeaters original? If not are you going to change them?

Agreed the uber-council numberplate needs to go!

Re: Engine flush?

Change the oil 1000 miles, are you mad? My dad changes his ever 3k. That's a very high maintenance engine mind. Some people do 1000miles in a week... No I don't think hes mad, read the post its in preference to using engine flush and IMHO opinion is a very good idea, since engine flush is a waste o...

Re: Engine flush?

I have heard from reliable sources that paraffin based flushes can dislodge particles in the engine and clog oil ways etc. Your best bet is to do an oil change and then do another one in 1000 miles...

All IMO of course! :D

The middle section has definitely gone and the backbox isnt toooo healthy either. It once was a geniune BMW replacement exhaust - does that make it a 2...

Re: Someone's nicked my wheels!

I had a steel E30 spare wheel with a totally bald tyre in the boot of my old 316 - left it outside my house for a couple of days and someone nicked it! It wasnt as if it was in plain view either! Why nick an old steel rim with bald tyre?! Must have been for the steel but still!
