In fairness, the only way anyone will know if it's fixable or not is by looking at it. Hopefully it is. Good luck.

Re: HANDBRAKE FUCKING CABLES!
Yes, there's a guide tube that the cable is fed through to reach the hand brake. What sometimes happens is that the ferrule of the cable rusts tight to the tube in which case, it's a bugger to remove. I found access to the area very awkward for molegrips or most other tools I tried. I finally resort...

You could have it resprayed neon green, upholster the seats in fake fur and put some fairy lights on the dash. Don't forget to tint the rears also. In all honesty though it looked much better before you started messing with it. Why don't you just p*ss on it for good measure? Seriously! Have you phot...

Ring your local and ask them to order in what you need. Once they have it in stock they'll update the system and you can then ¨click and collect¨.

Not really. It just goes as far as to reiterate what has already been said about replacing the diff sensor plug and about 30cm of the attendant wiring. Another possibility is that the instrument cluster is at fault, particularly if the speedo only works intermittently. Check out the link below. Prob...

M.O.T FAIL. Quick question.
Not too serious. Rear sill near the jacking point needs a bit of welding.
Also need to get a control arm replaced.
Does this look okay? I'm on a tight budget.

Re: Rear Bumper torx bolts
There are a couple of square brackets/washers that have probably rusted to the bolts. In your effort to free the bolts these have probably become mangled but are stopping the bolt from coming out. Top of the picture you can see the brackety thing (i'm sure it's got a proper name). http://i117.photob...

Re: Rear Bumper torx bolts
The bolts are probably rusted to buggery and are spinning freely. Best option is to remove the bumper mounts with the bumper still attached. There are 4 X 13mm nuts to unscrew. 3 are behind the rear valance and 1 can be accessed by pulling back the carpet in the boot footwell. Once the nuts are off ...

Apparently it's manufactured by AC Delco, a Belgian company. As long as the specifications meet your needs, it'll be fine to use.

I painted a set of old scuttle grills matt black and they look fine. I think the trick is to not go mad. One thin coat should do it.

What is the deal with Baur's? There does seem to be a certain antipathy towards them from some quarters.
Were they poorly constructed or something?
