there is someone selling very good replica alpina cloth, but perhaps that would restrict your market a bit That’s an interesting option. you could download a app that will give you a pantone colour, then order it from a company that makes up the colour for you...sorry, no links, but i'm sure you can do the google'ing

i think that if i put POLITE on the sides of a white car with reflective chevrons, i might be done for impersonating a police officer. i get that riding a bike is really quite dangerous, but that's the informed risk bikers take right?

but will the extra metal stop the amount of heat, i can't see how unless it shifts the heat outside of the engine bay? the heat shield are just to stop the HT leads getting too hot i thought...unless i'm wrong :? those leads all over the heat shield in the pic you posted looks wrong as well... shoul...

cheers, a serious amount of effort went into engine rebuild number 2, i'm glad its paying off. Slowly getting through snagging list.
