I used the Wheel Specialist in Leeds and they were very good. They have one in Swindon which I think is close to you. They charged me £310 for 4 alloys & all bolts refurbed and my new tires fitted at same time, balanced and new valves all in same day

I think idle/cold start problems are mostly caused by an air leak so it might be worth checking for air leaks/cracks on your rubber intake boot, Idle Control Hose, PCV hose, oil dipstick seal, oil filler cap, cylinder head cover gasket and even injector seals/O-Rings. Most people check visually or s...

Thanks Z, I was just thinking the double sided tape/fixers would make it a pain to remove the plate in future and the velcro is a good idea but maybe it wouldn't be a secure fitting and easy to steal?

Hi Alex the quality seems to be average, Im no expert but you can see where the reflective mirror backing meets the glass around the edges and it doesn't seem to be cut 100% properly (backing) but thats only if your looking hard. They should last a few years and for the money they are 'ok' This whee...

Attaching number plate without holes.. what choices?

Ive just had to buy some new number plates today but i really didnt want to drill holes in them so i've been looking at different number plate surrounds and invisible attachments but i've not really found anything I like. Closest thing i've found is this one on ebay: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISA...
