Re: Hartge Ronal centre caps - realistic price?

It is great advice, but we are downsizing house/everything next year, and I have to move-on one million tons of stuff.

I'll keep five... is that allowed? 8)

Re: Hartge Ronal centre caps - realistic price?

Yes - I'm a cyclepath.

Four have been on the car, five are unused. I guess I'll advertise them separately and see. Obviously I have to keep four for my wheels.

There's a really manky one for sale on eBay at the moment:

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/176335241143

I wouldn't pay £75 for that.
Jeepers.

So mine might be worth 76 GBP?

Re: Hartge Ronal centre caps - realistic price?

Thanks for the comments - I should have been clearer though - I have some NOS and was trying to get a ballpark figure on value. :o:

I bought the last of the stock that Birds had about 20 years ago

Good morning , has anyone have an unwanted but fully usable 13 button OBC for sale , I y think I've damaged mine during replacing a bled out LCD screen. Thanks So do you want a complete working 'box' but no other OBC wiring/parts? I have a large box of sets which I sourced 15+ years ago, but can't ...

Bit late even to the 'where are the old skoolers' thread  but I don't visit that often as the E30 is parked up - brake master cylinder gave up (I assume) on the way to get an MOT last year sometime, and life got in the way. And so I'm here to look for the brake master cylinder replace thread :...

Hartge Ronal centre caps - realistic price?

Original Hartge Ronal centre caps seem to be impossible to find, but if some did appear, what is a realistic price range please?

For NOS.

The H0562 / 76077 variety, no locking hole. For the 16" wheel.

Thanks

Thanks both. I thought the symptoms might say 'it is exactly this...' and I wouldn't have to get dirty - must be getting lazy in my old age.

Will bleed the system and report back - thanks!

Re: Brake issues - standard setup - advice please.

...yes - thanks - read through that. Bit like treacle wading, but wasn't it a leak at a caliper? I've just been out to check the pipes from TB to servo, which seem fine, and the pedal is still rock hard, hours later. Doesn't that rule out any leaks? Because the 'system' is still pressurised? I'm try...

Brake issues - standard setup - advice please.

So - the fluid level is good, no leaks. Car has been unused for months. (Innuendo hazard ahead) Engine off, the pedal will go hard, and stay hard. Start engine, with foot on the pedal, and the pedal immediately drops an inch or so, and is difficult to get hard, but the brakes do work. Engine off, th...

Thanks for that Mart - I have used Paisleyfreight in the past, and may do so for these - but I'd rather hand them over in person, so I know the buyer is happy with what he, or she, is getting.

SOLD - BBS 15" x4 with centrecaps

For sale - IMO an exceptional set of the best wheel for an E30. Tyres all have loads of tread, but are so old they have no grip in the wet. Therefore they are free and form no part of the sale, other than to protect the rims. History - yawn - I bought this set in 2003 just after I bought the car - I...

Re: Tyre

It is one of the sizes listed by BMW as suitable. These are all listed on a sticky in one of the door apetures. I bought a 205/50/15 as there was more choice in that size - the rolling circumference is slightly less than ideal, but the car seems happy on them. Looking at what is available right now,...

Different engine, suspension, steering, even the wheels are five-stud; all body panels different - even the roof and rake of windscreen?

Isn't it easier to list the things are the same?

I think these are 205/50/16, but they are stacked-up somewhere so I can't check. And Hartges are 7.5J. But apart from that....

If you already have 15s there are plenty of modern tyres available. Hankook or Vredestein were highly rated choices last time I looked.

Thank you again - and to help anyone else, I bought a £4.60 delivered Laser 1575 Hex Drain Plug Key which is 17mm one end, and 14mm the other. oil leak - any common areas to look at please?

So I have an oil leak. It isn't from the gearbox, as I have just drained 1.25 from it and put lovely new Fuchs in. It drips from the low point on the bellhousing, so it could be originating from anywhere. ...but if leaking down to this point from up above, it is coming from the direction indicated b...

I went through this a while back. I chose 205/50 because there was more choice in that size. I chose Vredestein Sportrac 5, as they were the best reviewd in that size at the time. Since then, they have released the Hankook Ventus Prime 3, and I've had that on a Fiat 500 and a MINI Cooper. Hankook ar...
