First road car , 1980 fiesta 1100s , blew it up , 6up racing a 2.0l cortina , so bad oil came out of the carburettor LOL , had already rolled a beige , very very rusty fiat 126 with 26 k on the clock by this point that i paid a £10 for

YOur right DANNYBOY , just been on the bmw registry its 3.46:1 rear diff on 2 and 4 door models
Also back to an earlier debate all 2 doors were fitted with full sport pack as standard , whereas on 4 doors it was an option only, therefore you mates must have been a 4 door ...

aint got a clue mate, i aint that bothered with all that technical info , i' m a chrysler jeep head technician ,all day long i deal with that kinda info , i just wanna have fun when im out of work.........all i know is that its bloody good fun LOL

It was sold in italy and portugal actually , the standard wheels for these were 14"bbs , and they dont make them in 5 stud lol , the engine and transmission is the same along with the negative camber front end bushes , but just about every thing else is 325 sport

German cars have a 320is running on the 5 stud set up , he did tell me what he used , some sort of 5 series front i think and z3 rear , not a lot of £Â£Ã‚£Ã‚£Ã‚£Ã‚£Ã‚£ if you know where to look for it and how to fit it your self , as i never tracked mine i never felt the need .... i have a 205gti...

NO.......... cheaper than my 325 that i had before it ..... a few extra grand to buy a M3 you would need to part with 8-9 grand to buy an m3 in this condition , which is a lot of extra £Â£Ã‚£Ã‚£Ã‚£Ã‚£Ã‚£Ã‚£Ã‚£Ã‚£Ã‚£ for 10-15 bhp ,(Cams and remap 15bhp gain £600) and extortionate parts prices ....

people pay 4k plus , for a sport 325 170bhp, im selling my 320is for £3995 2 dr all the MTECH 2 suspension & kit , leather , A/C ,192bhp superb handling , cheaper insurance than 325 and no interest , ( on pistonheads ) shameless plug !

Yeah they do come with all the kit , full m tech 2 , leather, m tech suspension , LSD , dogleg box etc etc ......i personally havent seen one with out but im sure they may exist............ cecotto you say.....nice ride !

tonight have studied it further ,and it does seem that the temp flickers as the S I lights flash , therefore indicating that they are linked , never having had any of this apart and the local stealers not having a clue , what do i need to ask for ??, new board ?, batteries ? etc .... part numbers wo...

Hi , my rev counter and temp gauge have started to flicker randomly sometimes together, sometimes individually the rev counter by upto 500 rpm and the temp between normal and red , also the si lights flicker randomly, but not necessarily at the same time as the others , speedo and fuel seem fine , 3...

hi im a spanner by trade and if you gettin fuel and spark ,it should run if timings ok. must either be valve timing or ignition timing problem ,or are the injectors being pulsed , you know you getting fuel to the rail ,but are they squirting ? my Ԛ£Ã”šÃ‚£Ãƒ”šÃ‚£ on valve timing another thought...

yes mate its as came from the factory , i Dont want to alter it in any way , i dont drive it hard enough to warrant changing it , i have a 1.9 205 gti track prepared for that kinda stuff,

hi i had exactly this on an old 325 2 door it turned out to be broken wire behind glove box the reason they work like this because they have a separate feed to the relay from the interior light circuit so you can close the windows when you have gotten out and switched off ignition. EARLY SPORT ECU
I HAVE JUST REMOVED THE ENGINE FROM MY D REG 325 SPORT (CRACKED HEAD ) TO DISCOVER THAT ITS HAD A LATER ENGINE FITTED , I HAVE PURCHASED THE CORRECT ENGINE WITH LOOM, IE EARLY TYPE AND WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF ANYONE COULD TELL ME THE ECU NUMBER I WOULD NEED ,THANKS

hi one and all i agree with M3 you cant ignore the sport its by far the best choice for a track hack ( ive just purchased one off of a local banger geek for £150 with a knackered lump :lol: ) so looking forward to getting to meet up and burn some juice . you may pay a bit more for it but consider ...
