Re: petrol guage problems..

I tried the nut on mine and it stopped it flicking around - now its just fixed at 3/4 full. Stays the same till the red light comes on. Any ideas if this is one or both of the senders or something else?

Cheers!

Leaking at the bulkhead end on a braided cloth type pipe - pissing I should say - plus another leak more in the middle- would explain occasional smell of petrol :) looks a piece of peepee to swap too and halfrauds just done me proud whoop whoop! :)

Had some fun going onto a roundabout today, back end went and figured something was wrong with the diff or a flat tyre. Then the red light came on and I suddenly had no fuel. (I must have had some on the rear tyre). Pulled up and was pissing petrol out from the front nearside wing. Couldn't see wher...

Hi guys, what engine is that? Does the rubber end pipe on the fuel line scenario apply to the 325? Lost a load of fuel today and had to pull up.. Area of leak was under passenger side of engine bay.

She obviously guessed I was planning to get rid

I think I remember your thoughts on this from another thread, Brian. Something like show its good, put a ticket it on it, worthwhile for £40 or whatever it is. Fair enough. You looking for something to replace the red one in your sig? Wasn't it written off?
