Re: Million mile E30 / full synthetic oil
Nowt wrong with my maths, they said 66 years in the video. What i am saying is 66 years and 1 million miles are 2 very different things. I have customers who are taxi drivers with shared cars running 24 hours a day and they dont miss a beat (as is the nature of a diesel engine), this is not normal u...

Re: E46 320D?
All turbos on a normal cars have a lifespan of about 80-100k miles so dont know why people are saying its no good? The sport isnt bad with the 6 speed manual, fairly reliable and ok on fuel. Hope hes not going for that model on speed alone as astra, focus, megane etc diesels would piss all over it. ...

Re: nicedeals.co.uk
Just had a look on there, put off by a few things, the fact that theres no phone number, there address is a PO Box (in Bradford) and its a cheap website packed with banner ads and outside sponsorship, would be a bit cautious. However having said that I have bought from people with similar websites a...

Re: E46 330i tuning?
Thats generic mapping which is not great, but someone good, such as sanspeed, who does a proper 'set up' will make real difference to the car. As for the induction kit and exhaust, not gonna do much good without re-mapping. If the budget is only £1k then just get a good nitrous setup.

Re: E46 330i tuning?
Personally, I'd skip the remap - it'll do nothing for it in reality. You can reset the ECU on these and it will adapt to your driving style. A lot of people say the car is more responsive after a remap, when they'd of gotten the exact same result from doing the reset (you do it with the ignition) E...

Re: Lady needs help - anyone know much about 1.9 16v engine
In my opinion 328 engine is a bit poop. And then there is the question of what will use to get to work? Why not get another E30 (if you not happy with yours) and whack in 3.5, which is pretty good and nout in it weight wise between that and M3 engine.
