What wheels are these?
I have just bought these wheels and I am trying to find the spec and name of them as the listing was a bit vague. All it said was that they fit E30, E21 & E3. They called them 15" BMW OZ dishes. Is this correct? http://img405.imageshack.us/img405/8076/alloys.jpg Any help would be greatful Regards Pem

Re: BMW M30 Suspension
Thank you everyones input. Loving the idea of the truck suspension. How I did chuckle! It's interesting to see the different spring setups people have used. At present I'm using Jamex 60mm springs all round with cheap yellow german uprated shocks off eBay. I have just ordered sleeves etc to make my ...

BMW M30 Suspension
Just really wondering what people are doing for suspension on there E30 M30's? Mine is currently running uprated shocks and 60mm lowering springs. I am finding that there is way too much movement in the suspension. I do believe the lowering springs are from a 320i. Also got strut brace front and rea...

Re: M30 turbo?
Hello there I have been doing some research and I was wondering where is best to take the oil feeds for the turbo? I have got the E28 oil filter housing with the outlets for the oil cooler. Can the feed be taken from here and then to the cooler? Any help would be greatful as I can't find much on thi...

Re: BMW 335i Fueling problems
It's been remapped and stainless exhaust system. So no major mods!
Thats not a bad idea. I have been looking at BMW E34 535i external pumps. They should be suited.
Thank you

Re: BMW 335i Fueling problems
Thats interesting. It's abit hard for me to go back to the standard tank and pump as it has been removed due to the car being used for track.
I suppose I could get an external pump designed for that engine. I have seen uprated 325i fuel pumps. Would this work?

BMW 335i Fueling problems
Hello there I am currently having alot of trouble trying to setup my 3.5l. I had the car running fine off the standard fuel tank and fuel pump but have since removed it all and gone for an alloy tank in the boot with swirl pot. First of all I had an overfueling issue so I bought an uprated adjustabl...

Re: M30 turbo?
Thats great news!! I have been quoted £600 for a custom manifold
Where abouts can you get it mapped?
Any how much for the complete conversion? Will there need to be uprated injectors?

M30 turbo?
Hello everyone Long time no speak. I have since taken the 335i on the track for a drift session and found a few things to alter eg rear camber etc. I have been thinking about fitting a turbo to the 335i. I wondered if anyone else has done that on here. I was wondering if an 'ebay special' M20 turbo ...

I did have the fans the correct way and I used the car with the bonnet off. Sounds like I would be better off with an E34 Air Con fan. Which one? I have checked the rad and there are no blocks in the rad. I think I will also have a look at altering the front grill to allow more air in. I had a look ...

M30 Cooling Issue
I used my 335i for the first time on the weekend at Pembrey drifting. Fair's they do go well! The car currently has two 10" slim fans strapped to an E28 M535 radiator to help with cooling which prevent the temperature from increasing but it does take a while for it to cool down. I wonder if there is...

Re: Driveable M30 but wiring left?
I only have the 6 wires on the C101 plug connected. They are the wires to make it run.
So I don't have a speedo or anything like that at the moment.

Hello I can see what you are saying but that isn't the problem. I have read the M30 swap posts. On the old M20 loom there is a plug next to the fuse box which has to be disconnected to remove the engine and the loom. I have fitted the new M30 engine with the M30 loom attached and the fuse box plug i...

Re: M30 conversion problems
Tidy! Thats abit expensive mind. I was told £800 for a manifold and full system as I know the owner of the exhaust company. Is that a good price then? I think I should go for it. I bought the mounts off here. I had to wait for them to be made. They were bare metal so I painted them black. Hope this ...
