without sounding patronising, did you buy these wheels without looking at pictures of the wheels, thats a big no no. But whats done is done, you can get them refurbed from a place in hemel hempstead if you are after a value job, its a trek but may save some money. I also have one new tyre to fit 15"...

BJV engineering, search the net you will find them based in hemel hemstead, quite good value service, i had my 15" BBSs when i had my bmw done by this company. £80 the lot, this was a couple years prices might be slightly higher.
I later had a set of 17" hartges done for £110.

Given the length of time, you may have blockage somewhere in the system, did you replace the water pump aswell? in my experience i have perfected a way to get the mirror back inthe slot, with one side of the pin in the slot, use the handle end of a hammer and place it on the t shape near the top apply gradual force and you will find its slots in easily, don't forget first to put the rubber trim surround other...

There are a few things you need to do firstly remove the card board backing from inside the boot, this is held on by push in type clips, simply pull out all you see and the cover comes out. then as above removed rear seat which is simple, hammer and chisel the spot plate which should take about 5 -1...

I found on average the life expectancy of these bits to be a couple of years at the best! I have replaced it 3 times now, its an easy but annoying job! Those clamps are a pain to get of though!

You haven't mentioned the power of your headunit, and also what type of speakers your running inside the car. It sounds to me that you may have clipping going on, this happens where speakers of lower sensitivity are driven by an underpower amp which results in more power out than in, hence headunit ...

You should have these components running through a crossover thereby stopping the lower freqencies which are producing over extension on the speaker. If you have cross overs then check the install or return them as they should not be doing that.

If its coming when the radio is on, then your aerial cable may have been earthing on the body somewhere, amp give problem also if they are not mounted properly, you should aviod mounting amps directly on to metal. Also a headunit does not need fat cables for it work properly especially if everything...

my car is lowered 35 which more like 40 once it settles, looks like your shocks could be finished, when i lowered mine, i put some new shocks in aswell for convenience sake. Only scrapping i get is on the split bumps thats usually the middle of the exhaust.

watch out for tyre wear, as its inside wear, sometime you don't spot until its too late ( until you get pulled the old bill) you can get camber adjustment kits to reduce the negative camber so they drive alot better.

I think for Ԛ£80 they did a decent job, but how long is a piece of string, if you want utter perfection that will cost, i would still recommend them any how, there were a a few imperfection here and there, but they still look crisp!

if your a bit tight, BJV engineering did my bbs when i had them for Ԛ£80 cash (not vat if you don't want a bill) inc centre caps. Word of advice, take your centre caps apart yourself (ie he only wants the metal centre disc which is metal to spray) as the guy there is a bit heavy handed and brok...

your not going to get bass from components regardless of how you fit them and amp them, if they are crossovered then the bass frquencies will never get to the unit anyway. best spend money on sub amp or even 6 x 9 for fill in sound and bass, you have the components for the crisp mid and treble frequ...

I would try and find a kit which is at least 4300K, the higher you go in k the bluer it becomes which means less light, 6000K is the highest i would go any how.
