Hi, the dual mass flywheel on my 328 is fooked as is the clutch, im looking to do a conversion to an m20 flywheel but struggling to find all the info to do it, only getting scraps. Ive got this really annoying squealing coming from just behind the steering wheel, push the wheel away and it disappears, pull towards you gets louder. I took the wheel off and sprayed some grease around the column to no avail can anybody please help me its driving me round the bend!

Its probably best that its off the road as i think it had a dubious history, one of the many reasons being the ariel.

An IS baur? Didnt know they existed i should of Bought one.

Cant help you much with the cooling issue but i believe the lead that was worn through measures the pulse from the ht lead its on and is vital for the engine to run.

Yeah i had the same problem until i done what was recommended here. £3 from dealers and they handed me a bag of 10!

Just make sure its plastic primer your using. As if not it wont last long.
Also you cant be finished, an e30 never is.

Yes the diff is quiet, actually its the quietest thing on the car, apart from the stereo (One working speaker.)

The diff will be returned to its rightful owner.

Also have the washers for the spacing.
