are the water hoses getting pressurised after 5min drive? if not cap is faulty.

try to bleed the system with car on ramps or up the hill... well easier to fill heater matrix

Ive used corsa c linkage , 1x e34 uj , tig welded pas pipes e39 and e36 combination, e46 rack with 14mm spacers cut out from e46 wishbone bushing, cut and weld mainfold that broth it 15mm closer to engine. Corsa linkage got smaller diameter so it might give you 2 -3mm more clerance from thd motor

if you after safe option and you dont often look at your brakes it will be the best to get sensor from ebay ,they only 3pounds....

hi ive used e39 bits on mine: alternator + air duct, manifolds , pas pump, ecu(ews 3 in e39) works with e36 loom no probs, starter,gearbox + mounts(same as any). water hoses are useless to long except bottom expansion tank hose. you will need engine arms with PAS tank from e36 rest is the same. e30 ...

Gearbox if from my first e39 528i 1997/sep . I would be glad if you would have photos of your gearbox, my concern is size, is it the same as rest of ZF boxes?? Gear selector from e36 fits spot on.
