My donor car is an e36 325se but this is still gonna work right? all parts are bm ofc :D It it's E36 then it's not as plug'n'play. Easily doable, though. cheers brian yh the OBC is what i did mean.
so i should hopefully be able to do it without to much trouble though. i got help from a mate with a 325 anyway and he has changed his engine for another 2.5

well going to look at the car tomorrow and to make sure the shell is in good shape. the engines done 155k but the engine will be going, same as the auto box. dont wanna sound stupid but what this cooling off period on the insurance? With many products and services bought over the phone/internet, the supplier has to offer a 'cooling off period' in which you can cancel your order with no penalty. the rust is to severe to sort out and fix. so im gonna take the full interior out and engine as well as wheels. so im gonna try and find another e30 with a perfect shell, not bothered about the interior or the engine. just want a good shell

ok so i can use my diff, rear suspension and brakes.
is it definate that my diff will bolt to the bottom of the car?

the car has a tech 2 sport LSD and ive been told that the diff wont mount to a 316i or 318i. is this true?
