Bike rack for a Touring.
Anyone found a rack that fits a Touring and can hold a bike high enough not to cover the lights and numberplate? I've got the standard little spoiler on the tailgate and no towbar.

A good clutch.
Since I'm having the engine out soon I was thinking of replacing the rather tired clutch that's in my car. I want something as cheap as possible with a lot of bite. Do any Zoners know of a cheap, grippy clutch out there?

I've never run out but I've had the serious shakes a couple of times before coasting into a forecourt. I can tell when it's getting close because my fuel pump changes pitch.

I'm running 16" OZ Saturns at the moment and the car felt a load better on my 15" BBS baskets, mainly due to the weight. I did have a set of 17" Anteras a while ago and the steering was so heavy my arms would ache, plus they did nothing to sort out the terminal understeer. As you probably know, the ...

Also, without huncentric spacers it's a royal pain changing your wheels because you're holding the wheel on with one hand, the wheel bolt with another and your third hand is wobbling the spacer around to get it to line up.

As I understand it all I need to do to get camber on the rear of my E30 is lower it, but the front could use some too. Is an adjustable top mount the only thing I can do or is there some other trickery to get the same effect?

Squeaking steering and very heavy.
Sometimes my steering wheel goes very heavy and there's a plasticky squeaking/rubbing sound from the column. I haven't taken anything off to have a look yet, I was just wondering if this is a common problem? It clears up after a bit of a crunching/grinding sound and then the steering is lovely and l...

A chip is easy, induction kit is fine (getting cold air to it is more important of course) but I think swapping cams is overkill. I'd stick an uprated fuel pump on if you have the cash, I don't know if it was bad luck or something about M30s that kills pumps but MJG ended up with about four dead one...

MJG (ex-EDC, won a round at Llandow) ran an M30.
Martin (current BDC driver) runs an M30.
M30s are cheap, reliable and they drift very well.
