I am thinking to buy a PBV http://www.fuelsystem.co.uk/pbv.htm Do you guys think this should solve my prob...

Lazy Fuel Guage Needle
My fuel guage needle sits at one particular spot for too long. When the car goes around a bend the needle will swing wide to a new location. I am dead sure most of the time the needle indication is not accurate, just average with a +/- big margin. Is this problem of the fuel guage meter or the senso...

OK guys, I installed a new rubber hose at the connection between Fuel Filler Pipe and the Tank. Yes the old rubber looked little perished at the tank joint but overall it is still good. Now after installing I pumped full tank as usual right up to the neck, the smell is still there  While fixing...

SI (that six green LED lamps in a row) Rational
I would like to know, how does this SI LED behave. Is there a fixed mileage after which one by one LED goes off indicating ready for maintenance?
I was told, it depends very much on the way how we drive.
Can any one elaborate this strange SI LED behaviour?
TQ

Pros & Cons of changing stock extractor or exhaust manif
Guys, Can the guru's here list the pros and cons in changing the stock exhaust manifold in a E30 325i car? I for one can guess the first thing is, getting rid of the stock exhaust will make the engine more noisy. (IS THAT CORRECT)? Secondly the fuel consumption can go throught he roof! My buddy here...
