Car is chugging and spluttering intermittently particularly in 2nd gear. Re: 325ISE - Burning Smell from engine bay
Thanks for the help, I'm talking it to the garage tomorrow. Would a clutch on the way out emit a burning smell? - I've had about every problem under the sun with E30's but never had a clutch go. It is however driving ok and the clutch pedal doesn't seem any stiffer or otherwise than normal. If it is...

Bushes?
Quick question
When decelerating the steering wheel starts to judder, this only happens when decelerating to a standstill ie at a junction.
Am I right in saying I probably need new bushes?, think i've had this before and this sorted it.
Cheers

Rocker Cover & Manifold Replacement
Thinking of tidying up the engine bay and have seen both black and chrom rocker covers and manifolds on ebay which look sweet.
Is it just a straight swap of both sections or do I need anything else (i.e. new bolts etc)

Just changed the battery after the frost killed the old one. Starts on the button now but the rev counter is now idleing at about 500 rather that 1000 as it was before and is stalling between the gears.
