E30 Zone

Guys just put a m52 into a e3

When idleing its spot on
When you rev it,it starts to splutter and hesitate at 5500 rpm and doesnt go over 5500 rpm

When you drive it and put your foot down again splutters badly

Any ideas?

Ive checked for air leaks,all is ok
Changed plugs aswell

Guys whats size are the front and rear anti roll bars on a 325i convertible?

Problem sorted

coil leads were wrong way round

heres how they are now

coil lead 4 to coil pack 1
coil lead 6 to coil pack 2
coil lead 5 to coil pack 3
coil lead 2 to coil pack 4
coil lead 1 to coil pack 5
coil lead 3 to coil pack 6

fucked up or wat!

Dan ive tried that combination

but if and when it starts it missfires

engine was fine before

Guys really need help here basically need the correct order in which the coilpack wiring loom goes to to each coil coil pack wires are numbered 1-6 but in which order do they go onto the coils i know the coil pack closest to the front of the engine in number 1 and works backwards towards the back of...

Builds up pressure after 10-15 mins from cold

i just bought the car today so dont know how long its been like this

There is a small leak near expansion bottle but i assume thats because of the system pressurising

its a e36 rad

Hoses are rock solid

No lose of water

Got a e30 here with a m52

building up a hell of alot of pressure

any ideas?

Bled the system a few times,not overheating at all

And pin no 3 to 32

Basically need to sort out wiring on the c101 plug and what to do with fuel pump

Guys im doing a m10 to m20 325i swap

Im using a late 325i g reg sport engine

Engine is in

Now stuck on the wiring

What is involved?

Also what about the fuel pump side of things?

Your help will be very much appreciated.

When u rev it it dont rev up properly

It sort of hesitates

Its like reving up a car without the aur flow meter plugged in

Ive changed the following-

Air flow meter
Icv
Plugs
Leads
Fuel pump
Throttle body
Tb position sensor

Anyone?
