I have a chip bought of ebay which claims to be an Alpina item capable of delivering 192bhp! Being honest no idea what the actual increase is if any but the car revs far more freely and the rev limit is increased. No idea about the fuel comsumption as you tend to drive harder anyway. I would have thought that the mountings to the floor pan would be different on other models not to mention the seat belt fastener which is connected into the seat. I imagine if i am wrong i will be corrected as there are many other people on here with far wider knoledge than me.

Just get out there and enjoy it. Get the basics right i.e engine service with good quality oil, brakes etc and enjoy. You don't need the fastest car out there to have fun.
