I used 15mm and didnt rub

Mine done the same to get round it I fitted spacers.

you can just see the track rod end hitting the wheel

The dealers had to fit all the wiring for the radio etc so it depends on the person fitting it, we always put it down the inner sill and any big power cables for amps etc went down the middle. Ed All saloons/cabbies have the power ariel in the n/s rear wing,a practice followed by E28 as well,so did...

There is no point putting more fuel in to the engine unless the engine needs more fuel eg you have fitted a turbo.

Yes it runs down the passenger side inner sill.

What engine? If you remove the pipe it will make the engine run rough as you will have a air leak. Start your engine and remove the oil filler cap and you will see what happens.

Sounds like you need a new centre bearing

If you had the front crank spacer made to the right size and fitted a new seal plus every thing is done up and not lose it should be ok.

Do you know what the M40 touring one is as standard?

All tourings had 20mm front and 13.5 rear
