As title suggests, looking to come back to e30 ownership. Does anyone know the whereabouts of my old car? Not been mot'd since 2010 according to dvla.

I am sure I saw a post (back in 2009 when I had my cab) where someone used there own key in a VW flick fob.

Not really what I am after. The post I saw was from a forum member who bought a VW flip up key I think and added his bmw key to it.

Brake pad wear light is still on, I have had the dials off and looked at the connections, they all look fine. Apart from buying new sensors and swapping them out is there any way to find out if it a dodgy sensor?

I have just tried to replace my snaped cable for the folding seat mechanism but I cant get it to fit. There seems to be about an inch missing. Am I doing something wrong or have they given me the wrong cable?
