and the air bag went of when driving home for no reason
anyway he has fitting one from another car but the airbag light i still on

that would seam to be the immobiliser mate can it be remove ?

I would start by pulling out a spark plug and placing it on the rocker cover or a good earth the checking for a spark on the sparkplug
if that is ok check the fuel pump is working

can you give any more details into how the problem started or is the car popping when trying to start etc

have you cheked the cambelt mate my have slip or snaped

also when you get it working.......if you put the hand brake on slightly (just to make connection and a circuit) then when you remote start it..... it drives to you! well funny and very Knight Rider! ah the joys of being mature :roll: sounds like you like to live life on the edge ric lol @ Brianmoo...

hi all am wiring a alarm to my e30 325se auto and need some help i have wired part of the remote start the car trys three times to start but i have one wire and am not sure where to conect it it is to sens when the engine is running without this wire conected the car stops the engine then trys again...

last night after a burn out maddness

i broke the diff
1ST are they the same on any other models cos their are some in the local scrappy
or does anyone have one local

hi guys i have just got back from a MAXXXED meeting ...well towed back i was showing of a bit with a burn out and had a big bang come from the back end and lost all drive :eek: i just get a clicking from thr back near the diff with the car in drive or reverse the driveshafts are still but i cant get...

sorted thanks for that mad the hazard switch half on half off was stopping turn light under the fuses box has bee rewired but all seems to work now god its cold outside snowing and you know what that means......... yes the wife going to take the keys off me so i cant go out in the snow and have fun ...

have no power to the top of the fuses on the test points

and the mad thing is fues 4 has power and that is flashers and car runs and lights work bar the flasher lol

hi all just picked up a f reg bmw 325i se auto in black tidy etc i have a problem with the dash clocks stripped them down cos i have no speedo/revs and temp/ fuel works the si broad is knacked this set of clocks has a green contect on it ! what is the green conection for anyone got a clue can i use ...

i have a baur cab 83 with the m20 engine but the one with the diszy on the right of the engine its not like my old 352i top pully and crack are tdc but which way dose the pully that turns the diszy arm go as i cant see any timing marks i can post pictures if it helps please help keybroad covered in ...
