I've towed many of scrappers on ropes and straight bars and never had any trouble with the law. the one that springs to mind was towing an ldv minibus that had been laid up in a mates drive under a tree for 6 years i towed it with my old mondeo td was using a rope and taking it straight to the weig...

standard cab isnt much more heavyer than a touring

its not just about drifting

i think an lsd is essential for better traction

LSD would be very handy, especally on a car with an engine like a 325i. If it was a 320 or lower, no point really unless you find a cheep second hand one, or it already has one. Also if you get some open space (where you know your not gonna knock a dent (or worse) into your kit and want to go sidew...

last dash i took out was for an m3 in a body shop

had to put the thing back in then when the scuttle repair was done

take note of what goes where when you want to put it back in

and its easyer to unclip the cables for the heater control

becare when doing this though

Yes, as long you have your flashers on and on the back window of car being towed write in tow and you will be ok The car is being tow'ed so the car doing the towing must be taxed and mot'd. Check on the dvla site for validation of my comment. rac state if any wheels are on the floor then the towed ...

i dont have an oil cooler on my b25.. and imo you dont need it, my temp sits between half and a quarter... i could sit in traffic all day and it still wont touch the half way mark. water temp has nothing to do with oil temp plus your water will always get to temp before the oil Fair point there bri...

m50 with schrick cams at full chat, it's orchestral not archeoligical agricultural noise pollution. I bought an m20b27 for the sound.. then pulled it out for 24v rightness! not all of us have the space to be able to do the converion i have a single drive and a comunial carpark space that isnt level...
