Re: Surrey meet thursday 22nd June

Bloody hell bad enough going all the way round in a tin top, would not want to do the same in a cab haha.

I unfortunately dont have pics from Brands but one of my mates does with it looking rather sorry covered in gravel and with the windscreen out!

Re: Fibreglass custom airbox

The price will depend on the displacement and type of engine as it determines the airbox volume and other factors like what sort of shape and finish of the airbox you'd like. Id'd say around £180 to have one made from scratch.

Re: ebay hid kits, what are you using ?

Are your HID's going to be pass through its mot or do the new bulb holder bezzels change the beam to the necessary pattern?
Itll obviously be fine if you're friendly with your mot tester though! winkeye

Re: 318iS Coilover Question

Why don't they go low on the front then? Hmm...haven't heard of that set up on the front. Got any links? I've heard that running coilovers on the rear requires new top mounts so the springs have more clearance. But no idea about the fronts...but what you've said (moza15) is a bit worrying. How's th...

Re: 318iS Coilover Question

Ive got a 318i with 51mm struts and the 6 cylinder JOM coilovers installed and if youre looking to go low they are absolutely useless, im talking pretty much standard at the front and 50mm ish at the back. I bought them because I needed some suspension quick, handles much better though :P At the rea...

Cold air intake box

Hi all, I am in the process of making a cold intake box for my E30 and if I am happy with the outcome and have enough interest from other members then I am thinking about producing more units. The intake box will be a completely sealed aluminium unit housing an air filter. It will take up the front ...

Rust issues.

Hi everybody, Ive inherited my dads 318 and i washed it today as it was pretty dirty and saw that there was bubbling under the paint on one of the arches about the size of a penny, there are also some stonechips and just nicks in the paintwork that have started to rust as well, also some idiot keyed...
