Hi all I dont think luck is on my side! :-( I fired the car up last night the rev counter worked for a min then went dead same as the service light indicator it works intimitently as in it lights up then doesnt but if that works it dont mean the rev counter works Anyhow with more pressing concern as...

Thanks for that infomation ben however the cable in the final pick goes in to the boot and its snapped i want to know where it goes? as it needs replacing? Where is part 13 the micro switch as maybe thats why my electrics are not working

I have cleaned it up and I think its fine now 50/50

But rather then splashing out loads of money to find out its not that id rather see if i can find another problem??

Right I think ive fixed it anyway Ive gone and put it in the car and it does what it does when I put k7 into k5 so now when i open the doors the lights turn on and when i turn on the ignition? so what do i now?

Have you tried all the doors or is it just one??

The locks are very old you just need to keep trying and they do get jammed try a bit of wd40 or some greese should do the trick the chances are once you have un jammed it, it;ll all start to work

Good news I have it working I was in the boot and disconnected the solonoid to the boot lock and now it appears to be fully working i believe it didnt work as the boot lock is very very stiff and as it couldnt move it didnt work!
