Just because places charge £6k doesnt mean it cant be done a lot cheaper?
Places can charge what they like if they know people are after the conversion, maybe other places are just massively ripping customers off.......

Spoke to Jason this morning from E30 Centre, hes done quite a few S50 conversions on the E30 now. He recently finished one 2 weeks ago for a mate and as it was a mate he just charged £800 to fit the lump and get it running. If you supply the engine, oil cooler, ecu, a 328 box and a few other bits ...

Havnt got a base car yet as going to ask which is more sensible cost wise.
Choose a dog of a 318 as your scrapping engine and brakes etc etc anyway. or choose a dog of a 325 etc
