I know its kinda pointless but does any webshop or someone here sell m40b16 chip?SInce i got m40 in really good condition i would like a lil bit higher rev limiter to make it scream

Might be an idea to fit a different engine to the 1.6 too along with the flywheel though :p That is plan ofcourse but since i got new set of m20 clutch and rest parts i need i will put it on 1,6...my throw out bearing is rattling like hell thats why i will do this,also searching for good m42,i dont...

^^Cleared up, thanks Dave. But isnt flywheel lighter on m20,doesnt m40 have dualmass one? You'd struggle to find a dual mass flywheel on an M40 or M42 in the UK. Where are you based? From Croatia,my 316i is 1/1989,bought from Slovenia when it was new.I checked by the VIN and it does have dualmass f...

I will ask stupid question,but is it possible to put m20 flywheel on m40?I have clutch,flywheel,throw out bearing from 323i e21,will buy starter pionion,what else do i have to do or buy?
