I'll take the bumper off and scrap it I reckon. Unless a Zoner or racer wants it for free.

What's my 2 door shell worth?

Morning all. As above? I've now stripped my track car and am left with a pretty clean shell. It's had all sound deadening removed and is in pretty good nick for an 89 facelift coupe. New rear number and very little rust. (Small amount on sunroof, bubbling on wheel arches. It did have a cage fitted w...

Re: M52 race spec pollybushed conversion mounts??

I think it was about 2weeks IIRC.

I originally used the E34 M5 mounts which were fine for road use but compressed on track allowing the steering column UJ to foul on the BTB manifold.

Just a thought?

Re: M52 race spec pollybushed conversion mounts??

That seems pretty cheap to me. I couldn't find anyone in the UK for my S50 conversion and had to buy these. The product was 1st class but quite expensive. http://www.akgmotorsport.com/catalog/catalog.php?page=1&category=e30%20S50%2FM50%20Swap Just be careful you don't get them held at customs like I...

Parts Price Please and Thankyou!

Hi,

Please could you give me a price on a passenger front fog light for a 2008 facelift 525 Msport as my dozey wife has smashed it!!

Also, I need the clip that holds in the rear pads on the passenger rear caliper for a 1989 325i.

Many thanks

Yeah stil on. There's normally about 20-30 cars.

Its on the rally stages, not the mains circuit so will probably be a trackday of some sort to watch as well.

I'm off to look at a 2002 E46 330Ci tomorrow with a mate (its for him not me).

The cars done 132k but has lots of recent BMW history.

Thanks

Tell me about it!! I've been about 15 times in the past 3 years. Try a track day out there, its about £450 but if you split it between yourself and a mate it's really reasonable. Mx5's are great fun mike. The mrs used to have one and it was a great handling car.

Are you on your own this time (other than shared driver) or have you got your "crew" with you again?

Have Wilwood changed the material they use for their pads? A couple of us used them and the dust they produced ruined our wheels so have steered clear since. Re: brake pad choices for e30 track car

Personally I wouldn't bother with DS3000,s. I used to run them in my standard calipers and they were excellent so I bought some for the new four pots when I got them... Braking performance was okay but wear rate was terrible...one day at brands killed them!! I'm using willwoods own now and they seem...

Four Stud Conversion - How?

Hi,

I've seen a few people with a stud conversion.

How have they done this?

I'm always changing my wheels for trackdays and it's such a ball ache with bolts and trying to juggle the thin spacers.

What's the secret??
