why would you buy an ultra rare ultra cool 4 wheel drive ix and then make it rear wheel drive?

why not run a straight edge across the head ? with a torch behind the straight edge your soon see if the heads warped.. before you do that though make sure the surface of the heads clean. if you dont opt for skimmimg i find a bit of wet & dry say 600grit and some wd on a block always gives the head ...

Thanks, still lots of work left to do, i modified the exhaust manifold last weekend so it now clears the steering coloum, front mount intercooler turned up today so ill be busy fitting that tommorrow

hi there,

im in desperate need of the rubber boot that attachs onto the throttle bodie and the air flow meter, it also houses the idle control valve..

its for a 2.5 litre M20 engine

could i have the part number as well as my local BMW dealership cant seam to get the right one...

The extra pins in the C101 are for the oil level sensor, etc., and aren't relevant to your problem. If the ignition lights weren't/aren't lit with the ignition switch on, then the problem isn't with the black/yellow wire. i checked the yellow and black wire, unplugged it and plugged it back in still nothing, is it worth using a test light to check ive got a voltage running through it?

check for any free play by moving the wheels side to side and up and down, if the ball joints are worn this creates a knocking noise...

but like cloud said 6 cylinders have a strong thirst for petroleum
