F0xy, Do you build customer engines?
My e30 bodywork needs some love, so you could have the M50B25 Alpina lump to convert to M50B30 while it's been fixed, (if you do take on work?)
If not can you assist with finding parts for the build?

No mines non vanos. It's a "cap" about 1" diameter held in with a circlip that I can push with my finger.
Done some digging on the net and it appears that there are o-ring seals behind these which have probably gone hard on mine as it's been sat for so long.

Started it up this morning and oil was pissing all over the floor. What is this fucker and what's it's problem? (red circle is where the oil is coming from)

I have nowhere to put this sensor which used to live in the airbox:

Does anyone know if the Alpina B2.5 is guttless up until 4k revs? This is, and then it goes fooking mental.

Could the diff ratio be a bit too tall for it?

Would the alpina B2.5 M50 block, cams, etc. I have work with the m52 2.8 crank, pistons and rods, or would it needing tuning further?

Give them the engine number. Tell them it's cc. Do you think they will know / check what engine it is?

Full part number: 06A 145 710N

It's a bosch 710N valve and they are about £15. Mine loves 1.4 bar of boost on the S2.

It's a tight fit, but it does go in from above ok.

Well, the K reg E36 Alpina propshaft bolts to the diff that's on at the moment, which is the 316i diff.

Just to inform the doubters - the E36 propshaft fits like a glove in the E30 shell when fitted with an E30 centre bearing mount and the E36 box. Any pics of the bracket for the dip stick and how it bolts to the engine?

I can't work out how its supposed to fit, I have an E36 engine with the e34 sump and dip stick.
