I think the rear trailing arms bushes are easy enough to do no press needed. I think u could do with this link mate here u can check everything out before going to the stealers and how things fit.

There was loads more than 8 mate inside and outside across the road where i had to park i saw loads not to mention 3 E30 M3's.
