Re: Converting to 5 stud. Pro's and Con's
Just wondering what the pro's and con's are on the 5 stud conversion. Also what do I need. Thanks I've done around 8 of my own and mates previous/current e30's. You'l have bigger/better brakes, wider choice of wheels at a cheaper rate, wider stance 12mm each corner, and not forgetting a extra stud ...

Fitting tech 2 to a pre facelift
Hi all. Im close to buying a tech 2 kit for my 325. Thank god. But a friend of mine told me they don't fit pre facelift cars. I argued but now I'm curious as Im not 100% sure they do. Is it possible to successfully fit a tech 2 to a pre facelift car or are modifications necessary. If so what are the...

i'm sure there's an e30 with a 2.4 diesel, i think an e36 tds would fit in as easy as an m50 swap would be, would you be doing the work yourself or paying a garage?

M50 into e30???
Hi all, My friends e36 2.5 has been written off due to a couple of police cars smashing into the side and mucking up the axle or something like that. The engine is absolutely fine and he'd give it to me free so I'm just wondering should i go with an m50 conversion into my e30 (2.7) or not? also what...

Re: ECOTEK ON E30
The theory behind them is good, and they may well offer some gains; I seem to recall a slight improvement in smoothness and possibly slightly extra mpg on a long run, but certainly nothing to shout about. But then, mine were free samples so it didn't cost me anything to try them out, so mustn't gru...

i think you can get silicone hosing for your car and i think it's much better than OEM because of cooling. you can always ask the race shop for advice though

People have put larger injectors in but it works well only with revised engine management to tune it all.
