cheers,every time ive tried one in there the display says "CD ERROR" but its also done that with normal cd's too so im not too sure.

yes, had it apart a couple of times now,fitted some subs the other week. all the connections seem ok. theres only the din lead and the power supply plug going in to it. the rest of the wiring in there is for the amp thats part of the bmw buisness stereo system. was yours the same year and model? did...

comes up alot of the time with "CD ERROR" which usually requires the magazine to be removed and replaced and then it usually plays ok,but it doesent take much for it to jump and skip about.not sure if it playes cd-r's either,havent managed it yet.

the pioneer cdx-m40 6 disc changer in my 7 is about as much use as a co*k flavoured lollypop.

posibility of a faulty cat,and worth getting checked if your not sure but,new exhaust sections generaly are tinny for a hundred miles or so untill engine deposits settle in the new parts and slow the flow of gasses further.

The advisories are crafty bastards. What it means is that if the cops decide to hassle you for your old BMW, they have a full record of what your car was advised on - they can then check that. yes the radiator is good to get out the way first, and won't be an issue as you have the cooling system apart anyway. Do replace the tensioner if your not sure when it was last done (or if it was a while ago), easy while its all in bits. Use a genuine belt they are about £12 from the dealer. For ...

i do approx 125 miles a week in my 2.5 touring and pending on how i drive i put about £25-£30 in a week. shes due a service and shes knocking on the door of 150k. fuel in my neck of the woods is £1.07 litr. not bad for and old bucket!

i found when replacing my rear metal brake pipes for the mot it was easyer to replace both hoses as well,alot less agro.

thats nothing,last time i done a e30 the guy was looking at both outer sills corroded through,both front jacking points corroded through,complete metal brake pipes from front to back inc hoses,rear subframe bushes,tyres,bulbs ect, ect, ect..... needless to say he had the work done because he knew it...
