POR 15 is crap if you dont get the surfaces blasted so i would stay clear of that stuff, Epoxy primer is the stuff to get, I used the Jotun stuff 2 part like jimmyspeed mentioned for my body and then used 3M stonegard which is great stuff.

I got them on my m3 but obviously the arches are wider. I would assume they would sit out far on a 318/325, but others will chime in and tell you.

Re: Bbs Wheel fitment advice needed please

Also you will need spigot rings to convert the wheels so they stay centralised. The hole in the middle of a BBS rc090 is 74.1mm and most bmw hub sizes are 72.5mm so you would require the 4 rings. Not more than a tenner for a set. Something like this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/4-BMW-SPIGOT-RINGS-72-6-...

Only 2 ways to fit the prop together If you have no dots align as per drawing and try and if your still getting problems turn one half 180 degrees and try again , As per your diagram, Some props have small weights on them to balance also. If you have tried both ways and still have problems you might...

New drive shafts GSF?

Hi guys

Has anyone ordered any drive shafts from GSF lately?

They are about £80 each with weekend discount,
Are they new units or reconditioned? I cannot see any notes saying you have to part exchange yours or anything?

Cheers

Heater blower fan noisy

Hey all The car has been doing this for a few months now, Sounds like I have a budgie in my dashboard on blower fan position 1. I am guessing I have to remove the blower fan and lube the bearings up but what would you use for this as I had a quick google and dry lube was mentioned? Not sure if that ...

Yer but im sure you can just try it out with a few spade connectors and a pliers etc I bet that china one is the same as the £5 ones but they added the few weeks waiting cost to it for un-patient folk like me.

I was down Castle combe, your car looks great, Also seen you several times taking passengers out for a run.

Did not get to meet you though you were busy, I did get to go out with the top 25 cars though.

Re: car security

The fuel pump mod is the best thing you can do and its not expensive to carry out either just a bit of time thats all.
But if they lift it away with a tow truck then i would say a hidden tracker is your best option.

£620 is a lot to pay but results were far superior
