Re: Where to get Wurth silver paint??
Wurth is the manufacturer. Do you mean alloy wheel paint? If so it is feglen silber and any paint factor will mix it for you and then put in an aerosol for about £9 or just sell it to you in a tin for your compressor. Cheers, Pete.

Brake master cylinder replacement.
Hi,a mate of mine has just had his master cylinder fail and have been told it has to go to an "expert" due to the car having abs. Can it just be replaced and bled through one of the calipers? Cheers, Pete.

Using a rolled up newspaper is a bit less brutal and minimises damage to the fan if it is working fine.

Hi, Thanks anyway. Just back in.I am actually trying to get the trailing arms off for someone for a rear disc set up so I will need to try and get them off with the rear beam in place because I have used a crowbar, scaffold pole, lump hammer and it just sits there. Cheers, Pete.

Right, I have removed diff, propshaft, all brake lines, cables etc and the 22mm nut each side and punched the 2 bolts out through the inside of the car but it just sits there. I have burst the plates away which are connected to the jacking points as the car is getting scrapped. Is force involved or ...

Rear View Map Light Mirror Removal
Hi,
I am trying to get the mirror off my Sport that I am breaking. Is it clipped or bonded onto the small metal panel on the roof. I tried a flat screwdriver to ease it off but seems stuck. Don't want to break it. Thanks.

Plugs on instrument cluster
On the back of an '89 325i instrument cluster there are 3 sockets, blue, white and yellow. This sounds daft but I can only find a blue and a white plug. Is there a yellow one hiding somewhere or was that for a different market ie U.S.
Thanks,
Pete.
Thanks,
Pete.
