bought a steering rack from him, wrapped it up really well, and it was cheap! and delivered via courier fast! cheers

top fella, bought a cylinder head from him, he wrapped it really well and very securely and went out of his way ,to take it to where he worked for the courier to pick up... wouldnt hestate to buy anything from him again

m20b25 head refit
hi, am in the process of re-building my m20b25 head that i bought from jay, and truth be told im a bit of an amateur, ive got the head down to a bare head now, and will be sending it off for re facing crack testing etc, and im not worried about rebuilding it... however i am concerned about mating it...

spot on mate, brilliantly packaged by the way! it took me about 15 minutes to unwrap it lol!!! it was like xmas! thought it would be like, was just a little worried, bit of an amateur you see !

m20 head rebuild
started to rebuild my head today and noticed that the cam shaft would not rotate by hand when turning the pulley? is this normal ? (head off the car)
got some female torx sockets on order so will have a go with a socket wrench when they arrive?

the head unit is after market and has the harness butchered to fit an iso socket! and i can find any loose wires behind there unfortunately! i assumed they would have been taped to a main loom somewhere? if i can find em ill just run some new ones reackon thats me best bet

touring rear speaker pod tracing wiring to head unit! help!
installed my speaker pods in the rear of my touring today, linked them up to the existing wires in the rear of the car however cannot find the other end of the cables behind the head unit??? any help would be greatly appreicated!

personnally wouldnt part with more than a grand for it, anything more than thats a bit rich used prices are rock bottom atm and i wouldnt risk not getting me cash back! looks nice though, i do like shiny engines!

im still after a new pas rack for me touring, can we get this straight ! can i fit an e36 rack without modifiying nything but the pas pipes??? im lost in all this rack talk! lol if i have to modify i think ill just stick to the old e30, nyone got one near teesside???

well its got a plug on one side that connects to the pod, (nearside) but hasnt on the other as far as i can see, will explore further tommorow and let u know!!!

just received my speaker pods from spadge (cheers) ive just been rooting around looking at how they go in and have noticed that only one side of the car appears to be pre wired with a plug to receive them??? is this correct? and also i plugged one of them in to see if they worked and got nothing so ...

i always brim my 318i tourer (m40) and get 300 - 350 to a tank this is all non motorway work however i imagine when i start my new job at nissan in washington it should improve it is about a 80 mile round trip, 70ish of which on the A19 i expect 400 or so to a tank when i commence!
