Wheel refurbishment

My 15" are looking a tad tired.

Just wondered if anyone could recommend a good palce to get them done and also give me an idea on price.

Rear head rests for touring

A mate gave me these sometime ago and I'm going to try and fit them to the rear seats of my touring, but I'm not sure they are the right brackets for the job.
