the two hoses on the throttle body?

i read somewhere that disconnecting the water hoses on the throtle body and joining them together make the tb cooler as they they are to help it warm up in very cold weather is this correct? as i done this thinking it made sense as its never that cold here,, but i just read they are for cooling it r...

does anyone know of any drift meets in scotland? i am a beginer and would like to get some practise, empty car park just doesnt cut it sometimes, i reckon i got my car up to spec just need to put it into practise!

i bought a 30quid chip off ebay it came from the states for a euro spec car, done exaclty what it said, raised rpm limit to 7000, removed fuel cut off on over run below 2000ish rpm, and the car sounds alot sharper, i reckon its a bit faster aswell, never had a rolling road done on it though and also...

cheers guys, another question, rolled arches-the small lip inside the arch about a thats about 1.5cm is just bent up so the arch has no lip, you know what i mean? and what is flaring the arches?

is anyone running a 60mm drop with 9in wide wheels?

ive just lowerd my car 60/60 and havent put my 9in wide borbets back on yet, its spax gas adjustable suspension and is very stiff, will it rub with me and a passenger? i dont expect anyone can go in the back. if anyone has got this could i see a pic to judge how close it will be? thanx guys

hey all i have been slowly tuning my 325i so far i've got a full system, high pressure fuel regulator, chipped ecu and a bmw short shift, i now want to lower it with a suspension or coilover kit, its sitting on 9in wide borbets all round which are coming off soon for winter, so i dont want more than...

yea i was thinking maybe harder sporty suspension witha a drop would compensate a little bit? how much does rolling/flaring cost roughly? and do e30's have bump stops or anything like that, could bigger ones stop the arms going all the way up so the tyre doesnt contact the arch..

i just sold my 1994 volvo t-5 aswell mate, went cheap mostly cos it was auto and turbo smoked constantly, u will pay alot more for a manual than auto as there alot faster 0-60 but u can get em cheap at auctions cos the power of the engine pulling the huge weight actually starts to pull the front end...
