Re: 318iS: heater Valve??
Thanks Brian, I'll swap them back tomorrow and see if that solves it.

Re: 318iS: heater Valve??
Have you managed to sort your heater yet? I seem to be suffering the very same problem, I also have an 318IS and my heater is producing no hot air. I have checked the hoses connecting the engine to the bulkhead and they appear to be the wrong way round (i.e. cylinderhead to upper stub), however they...

318is chips
Has anyone got any experience of chipping the ECU in their 318is? Have seen a posting advertising chips for M20 engines with good reports from zoners for £25, does anyone know of similar chips for the M42 engine? I have done some research on the internet and the best I can find are American and on e...

Re:
After checking the alternator, which was ok, I decided that the problem must be a short somewhere in the reversing light wiring, as fuse Ten is common not only to the reversing light, but also the interior fan and the instrument panel and both of these appeared to be functioning without a problem. A...

Brian Moore Please Help!
I have had my 318is for almost a year and it has proved to be very reliable, however, last weekend the car developed a problem with the fuses. It seems that every time i start the car the rev counter rises to 1,000 rpm only to fall back to the stop after a few seconds, all the other gauges do the sa...

Re: Shed of the week !
Thats my old car that I replaced with a 318is. The 320 was too heavy on petrol, for a student, so it had to go. I posted it in the 'For Sale' section a few months ago but there were no takers, it was eventually sold via Ebay. Sorry to see it go as it was very original with service history and only a...

How to remove damaged B-pillar?
Hi guys just got my first e30 a 318is. Lovely car, but some idiot has tryed to break into it, and as a result the B-pillar cover on the door is bent as if a screwdriver has been jammed between it and the glass. I really want to replace this cover as it spoils the car but i can't work out how to get ...
