Re: 2002 turbo no go what about e21 323i ?
Having owned and run two E21 323i's, it's not something I would own again. Think of the oldest and rustiest E30 and then go a generation older. Without the LSD and Bilsteins they are vile, roly poly sheds. A tidy £600 325i is a far, far better car. A really nice E21 with a slipper and proper susp...

i cant think of anyone selling an e21 . if your just looking for a cheap temporary runaround until youve finished your turbo e30 a decent e30 325i could be picked up for well under a grand. do you have a thread on here detailing your turbo e30 project? dont expect great things from a turbo'd e30 wi...

Re: im gonna use a rrfpr have i got this right ot not ??????
ive just found a writeup on the net and it says a 10:1fmu on return side used in conjuction with original fpr will give 10 psi fuel for 1 psi boost so if uve already got 40 psi the fmu cant alter pressure until its reached the original fpr pressure and then after that it wont let any fuel return and...

rrfpr fmu am i right ???????????????????????????????????????
if my fpr runs 43.5 psi fuel pressure and i use a 10:1 fmu rrfpr in conjuction with original fpr does that mean the fmu wont take effect until i get to 4.35 psi of boost ? then 50 psi for 5 psi boost, 60 psi for 6 psi boost and so on ? if anyone can just clarify or tell me im wrong
thanks

im gonna use a rrfpr have i got this right ot not ??????????
am i right in thinking that if i use a rrfpr or fmu in conjuction with my original fpr it will only affect fuel pressure once it has got to the level the original fpr is set at ? so if my standard pressure is 43.5 psi and i use a 10:1 fmu the fmu wont increase fuel pressure until im past 4.35 psi of...

There are some chips that "they say" are mapped for upto 15psi but you're going to need big balls to try it. Of all the "parts" you could skimp on, I wouldn't advise you save on management, most important part IMO. HTH, Mark. il try anything car doesnt owe me anything and ive got the turbo, interco...
