thats straight up that car,why not take out the 4 pot and replace it with something a bit more fruity lol,its only an old m3 anyway,with that set up it should be able to beat most of the modern hot hatches that would normally eat n m3 for breakfast

have got 2 broken studs in my cylinder head that are meant to hold the exhaust manifold on,what do you all reckon is the best way to remove these ? will i need to take the head off to be worked on ? would have just got a replacement head but as its a proper alpina head wuld be a bit expensive to rep...

The way to get an E30 to be good on a track isn't to lower it so much. 60mm is plenty. If it still rolls (and it can't roll much - it's on the bump stops) you need some stronger anti roll bars. My Touring is down 60 on the front and the rear is lower - too low which is why it's getting raised an in...

Mine's got the Mtech 1 kit, tried a Alpina front spoiler and it ground out everywhere, and imo i prefer the mtech1 spoiler :D aye speedbumps and lowering springs make the alpina valance a no no where i live,mine seems to have tech 2 valances and similar side skirts to tech 1 but without the grooves...

If you can find a clean breaker to cut up its a better shape than any panel Hadrian can supply what difference does it make for a wheel arch repair,you are probably not going to see much of the metal anyway,where are you going to find a breaker e30 with a rust free rear wheelarch anyway :cry: :cry:...

you can get arch replacements from hadrians panels,still need to be cut welded and painted though,i never use the whole panel just try to use what i need saves a lot of cattying and sanding,they do outer inner arch replacements as well if you need them

the alpina is now officially scrapped,chopped into 5 bits,sad day ,not the end but a new beginning though lol,starting a new job this week so now it will be money and no time instead of vice versa,got the loom pretty much sorted now,engine and box are in the auto shell,most of the interior is swappe...
