Ive just bought a 1986 e30 325i 2 door which i am going to use for track day use. It has blue "HEATED" Recaro sports cloth seats, very rare I think, Sports BBS alloys,all round Bilstein suspension,ABS,rear window blind,cruise control,electric windows and a LSD. Too expensive mate,I mean that my M3 is totally different in performance so I dont want anything such as a standard 325i performance.I know how well they go but I want it to be quick,as my everyday e46 M3 is in a totally different league obviously so just want more.

Is it easy enough to do and what kind of work is entailed in putting bike throttle boddies on a 325 e30 lump?
Also what sort of power increase could I expect and which bike would be the best donor?

The 325 I am planning to buy already has bilsteins allround,LSD and the brakes are uprated.Ive had a 325i before and I know how well they go but I want it to be quick as my everyday e46 M3 is in a totally different league obviously so just want more.

Im also looking to go for a bit more power so Im thinking of an M30 535/735/635 lump conversion or maybe a turbo conversion depending on bhp increases and the main thing cost as Im hoping to do it as cheap as possible.
