Re: How Much is My 316 Worth
Yeah, fair play but Ive taken photos of every single last blemish on the whole car to avoid none payers, I bet if i brought my camera to yours I could do the same thing! Its only the back bumper that lets it down aesthetically and even then its only that bit of it. It seems pretty much on a par and ...

Re: How Much is My 316 Worth

New cambelt, waterpump, fanbelt, gaskets etc.. and only 112 thousand miles, originally had it up for £800 ende...

SI BOARD
My car sold on ebay, bloke came from Glasgow (4 hours away) to get it. Half an hour before he arrived the 'inspection' light came on and the rev counter started to go nuts as did the temp gauge. What the hells just happened apart from a very very unlucky bit of timing? He didnt want it becuase of th...

I know, I know... I don't want to sell her believe me, I just have to find something more sensible (read 'sensible' as better on the fuel) I can't really justify driving about with a lovely straight six engine at the moment as I'm about to start renting a house and stuff. Be very sad to see her go :...

I have had quotes and the are all 50 quid plus for one front nearside wheel bearing none abs! Someone on here said they'd be £25, just wondering if anyone can recomend where to buy one? Theres some on ebay but they are 40 quid not including postage, seems expensive..

Re: 320i vs 318iS
I have recently bought a 320i and the engine is beautiful, VERY smooth sounds well nice 3000rpm+ its a screamer and guzzles motorways with ease. Handles very well, predictable progressive oversteer and the nose doesnt dive when braking. One thing i will say though is it uses a lot of fuel around tow...

Done a search but cant find anything. All the guages work great but the MPG one does nothing, it is permanently stuck to the left of the guage and doesnt budge at all even when the engines off. What can i look at to try and fix it? Cheers

The Dahls must've liked bmws -ever seen that Southbank show documentary on him - he spends half of it driving about in an e28 which he must have bumped into something with by the looks of it. He even wrote a story about a guy who buys a new BMW and picks up a hitchhiker/ professional pickpocket who...

No worries! So as far as i can tell the gearbox is ok, could be slightly worn clutch and it may improve with a change of gearbox oil?
