morning guys, is there a difference between the disc sizes of a 316i touring and a 320i touring. ive tried a borbet a wheel onto my old 320i and it fitted around the hub area fine, however the mounting face of the wheel catches the disc pad and the calliper carrier on my 316i. can anyone shed any li...

aaah yes very good point mate. yeah its trying to find a 1/2 mm spacer. preferrably 1mm as the tyre is close to the legal/ illegal line of the tyre protruding the arch!

ive just got a set of borbet A's 9x16'' all round. the wheels just touch the calliper slider on the fronts, do people modify the calliper or the wheel to get their borbets on. im guessing remove a small amount of material from the wheel but just wanted to see if anyone had any cunning ideas/ tips fi...

southern exhaust supplies sell it by the 2 meter length around here.... or mpc midland performance center up your way. not so much cheap but theyr real good guys in there!!!!

hmmmmm, bugger. think i should have possibly done a little more research!!! anyone got any touring suspension for sale??????????????? at worst i will put it all back and leave the -40 front springs in as when i took the oe stuff apart the o/s spring had snapped 1 of its rings off!! will let you know...

the rear springs went in fine and the car sits lovely...... whats the difference between the saloon springs and the touring springs?? if it just weight differences i think i will leave them as it sits nicely but if they wont fit properly as they'r a differnt shape or something i will remove them and...

hi guys, i picked up a bilstein damper kit and -40mm springs for my '93 1.6 touring yesterday and started fitting it up. the kit came from a 318 2dr. the rears went on fine but the front insert diameters were bigger on the original parts than the replacement parts.... quite noticeable larger! what s...

bleeding the cooling system on a 320i
i changed the fuel rail on my 320i as it was leaking and now belive there to be an airlock in the cooling.
where are the bleed nipples on a 320i for the coolant and is there any tips/ procedures to make the job easier???

right peoples..... the beemer let me down today...... wouldnt turn over! its been slow on kicking over for the last couple of weeks, just a bit delayed on firing up but today it didnt want to have any of it!! checked the usual, plugs look good but replaced them anyway, replaced the air and fuel filt...
