Re: Powerflow wont make me an Exhaust!!!!!!
when i did mine they effectively ran the engine whilst holding different sections up to the manifold till we were happy with the sound, then went off for some lunch whilst they welded it all up.

Re: Powerflow wont make me an Exhaust!!!!!!
They made an awesome S/S straight throught system for me a few years ago for my 320i. (bury st edmunds branch) cost me over 300 squidles but a great piece of kit was a bit loud perhaps, but a awesome roaring sound with lots of machine gunning on downshift :) etc.. the neighbours didn't like it at al...

try not to overfill, (turn lock to lock too many times) or you'll pop the seals.

Re: Injectors refurb Question
One more Q, are there 2 o-rings per injector or just 1 (as the realOEM seems to show?) the realOEM doesn't seem to show filters either? are there filters? if so does anyone have the part number?
Thanks

Front - Rear Fuel Line Mystery - Help
Hey folks, feel free to call me stupid, if one person can solve this i'll take that! I'm coming to the end of a 325 Sport restoration... 3 years later! and have been reassembling the car with lots of new and refurbed parts. Including nice new kunifer hard fuel lines, which went on last week :) (i'll...

Re: sheet metal
as GeoffBob says the fumes off the zinc coated stuff can make you pretty ill. if you've got a lot to do and like me your not going to wear a breathing gear under yr welding mask for hours on end, you might just wanna stick to mild steel from a good supplier, i've used 0.9mm on everything which match...

Re: rear axle bush removal urgent please help!
Thats a really useful link Dan, well done m8! but mines gone a little different, when i pulled the beam off the car the large metal bit in the middle that the long bolt goes through (rear axle carrier) has torn out of the bush and remained on the car. A few Q's: 1. how do i get this out now? (though...

Re: Rust at the front corners??
I began a rust purge on mine in January - on my driveway covered in a huge plastic sheet, i'm quite a perfectionist so its taking time, learnt a hell of alot of skills in those months, and basically spent the money i would've spent on a professional on tools instead - which i'll have for good, and i...

Fuel filler - rubber boot - part number anyone???
Does anyone know the part number for the rubber gaiter/neck/boot that links the top of the fuel filler pipe with the rear quarter panel (beneath the fuel filler door) as i've replaced my inner rear arches and this part was totally perished and full of mud and rust. <p> I've scanned the ETK for it bu...

Yes mate thats helpful, really appreciate! looking at the ElectonikTeileKatalog last night i realise that asking for a list of parts is a bit inconsiderate being that theres hundreds of them and would take a fair bit of time. I removed the fuel pump fuse and turned it over - didn't start (and stall ...

27litres siphoned out the rear side flexible tube with some marathon shaking, so i spose thats most of it, but won't there be some in the smaller part of the tank? (how does the fuel pump draw on this?)

Will Certainly do, although its been slow going over the last few weeks, maybe posting my pics will speed me up a bit. Although the arches were the first area of concern, i started by replacing the top half of the rear panel and boot seal first as water was filling the boot wells and the access is e...

Re: Wheel Arch Rust
An E30 without rust is a very rare thing in the uk, unless you find can find one thats been kept dry/ been restored, (sweet 320iSE on pistonheads - £15000.) Even if it looks tidy on the outside, you'll be suprised when you start digging. generally speaking the sports seem to be worse as they're lo...
